Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist Location: Greensboro, NC Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Work Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional work in the warehouse Pay rate: $17/hr

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing & Customer Service Specialist to support our sales team and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This position plays a key role in order processing, customer communication, shipping coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer satisfaction are a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order-related questions.
• Enter and process sales orders, manage deliveries, and handle invoicing using SAP.
• Pick, pack, and prepare small customer orders in the warehouse as needed.
• Create UPS shipping labels using WorldShip.
• Generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and freight labels through Freightview and MyCarrier.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
• Process customer payments using credit card processing software.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Assist with general office administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
