To support our Audit team, you will have an unapologetic passion for innovation and technology and an uncompromising drive toward continuous improvement.- Strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and professional objectivity.- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.- Strong analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple business functions.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Solid data analysis aptitude and desire to learn AI tools that increase audit sample sizes, audit frequency, and business insights.- Willingness to travel as required.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field of study, or equivalent relevant work experience. - At least one (1) year of relevant work experience demonstrating competency in financial, operational, or compliance areas.- Experience with CRM, billing, or operational systems.- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.- Telecommunications experience or strong interest in the industry.- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.- Familiarity with automation, continuous monitoring, or advanced analytics concepts.- Exposure to AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity and surface insights.A great workplace needs more than dental coverage, though we provide that and excellent health insurance.
