I want this one to be different. I’m clear about the pay, the hours, and exactly what I need. And a real person reads every application. That person is me.

Who we are

I’m Noah, and I perform as Noah Ivy Magician. I do close-up magic and mind reading for corporate events, weddings, and private parties around Dallas–Fort Worth. My job is to make a room full of strangers gasp and then laugh about it.

Now I need someone to help more people find out about it, and to build the tools that make that happen.

The short version

• About 2 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Roughly 10 hours a week, on your own schedule.
• $25 an hour. (this can change)
• Mostly remote. Sometimes we meet in the Arlington area, for example to film at a show.
• This is two jobs in one person: a digital marketing coordinator and an AI specialist.

Why it’s part-time on purpose

It fits around your life. School, another job, a freelance business, kids, a job search.

And your work will actually be seen. You won’t be one of fifty people on a marketing team. If a video you made books a wedding, you’ll know it, and so will I.

What you’ll actually do

Digital marketing (most of your time)

• Figure out exactly who books a magician, where they spend time online, and what makes them say yes.
• Plan and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Turn raw footage from my shows into short videos that stop the scroll.
• Run and improve ads, website copy, my Google business listing, and reviews.
• Follow up with leads by email, text, and now and then a call. Reach out to event planners, venues, and wedding coordinators.
• Track results. Tell me straight when something isn’t working.

AI and technology

• Build the tools we need: a lead tracker, landing pages, automations that follow up with leads while we sleep.
• Use Claude as a daily work partner, not a chatbot. Build workflows and agents that do real work.
• Connect our apps to each other and to Claude.
• Spot where AI can save us time or make us money, and build it.

Requirements

A. Digital marketing (required)

1. You excel at digital marketing and can prove it with numbers: views, follows, shares, leads, or bookings from content or campaigns you ran.
2. You can identify a target audience. You can tell me who the customer is, where they are online, what they care about, and what message gets them to act.
3. You know how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google work right now, including what the algorithms reward today.
4. You have run or managed paid ads (Meta, Google, or TikTok) and can read the results.
5. You can write copy that gets a click, a reply, or a booking.
6. You can edit short-form video (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar) well enough to ship a Reel on your own.
7. You track results, measure what worked, and change course when something didn’t.

B. Technology and AI (required)

1. You are highly proficient with Claude. You use it daily and have built real workflows or agents with it, not just chats.
2. You understand MCPs (the connectors that let Claude work inside other apps) and have set one up or used one.
3. You can build automations with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or your own code.
4. You can write and read code. Python or JavaScript is enough. You can build a small tool from start to finish and fix it when it breaks.
5. You can build a website or landing page and get it live.
6. You can set up and run a simple CRM (a system for tracking leads and customers).
7. You know how to work with APIs (the way one piece of software talks to another).
8. You learn new software fast, without a tutorial.
9. You keep up with AI. You know what’s new this month, not just what was new last year.

C. Business sense (valued, not required)

1. You care about what brings in bookings, not just what gets likes.
2. You can look at numbers and say what’s working and what isn’t.
3. You run yourself. You see what needs doing, you do it, and you tell me what you did.

D. Nice to have

• A degree or coursework in marketing, computer science, or business.
• Experience in the event, wedding, or entertainment industry.
• Sales experience.
