Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in GeorgiaThis outpatient physical therapy position involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for assigned patients. The role focuses on facilitating patients' return to community activities through customized therapy programs. Candidates are required to bring their professional license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Location: College Park, Georgia
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active/applicable license for the State of Georgia
- Responsible for evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
- Participates in student programs and creates an individual professional development plan.
- Maintains licensure and adheres to state practice acts and professional codes of conduct.
- Demonstrates understanding of organizational performance improvement initiatives and follows action plans.
- Follows all clinic guidelines related to appearance, attendance, punctuality, and safety.
- Performs duties in an ethical manner compliant with professional standards.
