Daily transmittal of our intentions through DTC. Tasks within DTCC include knowledge of DTC CA WEB, CLAIMCONNECT, EDS, SDAR, Liability notice (180 Letter) and DTC Portal functionality.


The purpose of this job is that the resource will be responsible for the DTCC SETTLEMENTS.

Responsibilities
• Must know the processing of all eligible securities through the DTCC processing system.
• Candidate must have thorough knowledge of the PTS (participant terminal service) system and all related functionalities.
• Should be aware of Settle securities transactions by processing deliver orders (DOs)
• Should know about Collect marks-to-market on open contracts and money differences by processing Securities Payment Orders (SPOs)
• Pledge securities to pledgees for collateral through the collateral loan system
• Pledge securities to the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) to meet OCC margin requirements
• Protect customer fully-paid-for positions and manage firm positions using segregation and memo segregation procedures
• Call and confirm all pending and unmatched trades to ensure timely settlement.
• Reconciliation of securities positions and cash movements between DTCC & Phase3.



Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate or postgraduate in Technology with Computers or Information Technology (IT) stream.



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• TRADE PROCESSING- PROCESSING OF CASH TRADES (BUYS/SELLS) AND REPO TRANSACTIONS CLEARING THROUGH DTCC.
• PAIR-OFFS: MONITORING AND PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PAIR-OFFS, INCLUDING CANCELLATION OF TRADES TRANSMITTED DTCC TO AFFECT PAIR-OFF WIRE PAYMENT.
• SYSTEMS: KNOWLEDGE OF DTCC SYSTEM AND PROCESSING FUNCTIONS. FIS PHASE3 SYSTEM A PLUS
• INTERACTION: HIGH VOLUME PROCESSING AND KNOWLEDGE OF DEADLINES; CONSTANT INTERACTION WITH MIDDLE OFFICE AND FRONT OFFICE TEAMS.
• NEEDS TO HAVE SPECIFIC WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF DTCC PORTAL, ALL SETTLEMENTS FUNCTIONALITY
• MUST ALSO HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF TMPG CLAIMS PROCESSING
• PRODUCTS: CORPORATE BONDS AND EQUITIES; SOME UST FIXED INCOME
