Executive Assistant

Now Hiring: Executive Assistant (Level 2) Location: Baltimore Pay: $25/hour (Full-Time) Interview Process: 2 rounds + phone screening (please keep an eye out for calls during the process!) What You’ll Do Manage busy calendars (meetings, conflicts, video calls via Outlook) Coordinate with different departments to support managers Arrange domestic & international travel (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries) Submit and track expense reports (follow up on receipts & discrepancies) Create and edit documents (Microsoft Office & Adobe Pro) Plan internal events (rooms, catering, tech support) Manage shared platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) Handle mail, packages, office supplies & guest reception Support onboarding/offboarding processes Process invoices & funding requests Assist with ad hoc projects & team coverage What We’re Looking For College degree preferred (or 5+ years corporate experience) 5–10 years experience (financial services preferred) Strong calendar management & multitasking skills Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with great organization skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Positive team player with a proactive mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) Bonus: Experience with O365, Teams, Concur, SharePoint, Ariba, etc. Typing speed: 60+ WPM Role Details Function: Administration Title: Executive Assistant – Level 2 (Temp) PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
