Senior Designer (Contract - 6 months- 1 Year+)

We’re looking for a visually driven Senior Designer to join our growing creative team and work with an industry leader with a fabulous culture!

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with a strong eye for composition, a strategic mindset, and the ability to elevate brand expression across channels.

You will handle the execution of complex creative initiatives, delivering work that is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with our business goals.

With deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, you will develop high-impact visual content that connects with and resonates across audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, digital, social and cross-functional teams to translate business and brand strategy into refined creative solutions.
• Execute creative concepts that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines, elevating the brand whenever possible.
• Think systematically about design, contributing to design systems and frameworks that help scale creative output efficiently and consistently
• Design and produce digital assets for our website, multi-platform campaigns, social media platforms, email campaigns, mobile applications and other digital channels.
• Manage multiple projects from concept development to final execution, while adhering to project timelines and budget in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold a high standard of visual excellence, consistency, and accuracy across all deliverables
• Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve our design approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience working as a mid-level to Senior Designer, with a strong focus on digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Figma.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proactively identify opportunities to elevate storytelling through design, offering fresh ideas and creative solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaign work, including web, social and email campaigns.
• Experience with animation, AI-driven design tools, or Financial Industry is a plus.
