Citrix Virtual Applications Support Specialist
Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN


Pay: Up to $120K

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for a Citrix Virtual Applications Support Specialist to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for assisting with managing, maintaining, and supporting virtual environments.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and maintain virtual images within the Citrix Virtual Apps
• Manage updates, optimization, and security patches
• Work with teams to identify new application updates
• Identity and implement updates to virtual images to resolve issues and enhance security
• Plan virtual image upgrades across development, testing, and production requirements
• Document and track all changes and updates
• Provide Tier 2 level support for issues related to the virtual environment
• Develop and deliver training sessions and documentation for the IT Support team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Proven experience with Citirx Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Working knowledge of VDI technologies
• Strong troubleshooting skills

PREFFERED SKILLS:

• Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, and other virtual environments
• Professional certifications

TERMS:
