Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Analyst II to provide financial and administrative support for factory operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting business decision-making through analysis and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Administration Review and manage company administrative expenses Oversee team expense reimbursements and processing Track and report service billing and collections Support month-end close activities, including GL expense and accrual postings Assist with onboarding and administrative support for business units Reporting & Analysis Manage cost allocation methodologies and rates Prepare annual budgets and conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget) Maintain and update financial reports and databases Support company approval matrix and travel policy administration Analyze new business scenarios, including profit & loss projections

Scoop Indicator: Decision Making / Discretion: Handles moderately complex issues requiring data analysis and sound judgment; selects appropriate methods and collaborates with senior stakeholders as needed. Results: Escalates matters outside of role scope to ensure business needs are effectively addressed. Strategy Development: Operates with minimal supervision on daily tasks and receives general guidance on new or complex assignments.

Basic Qualifications: Experience with SAP (nice to have) Korean language skills (preferred) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Excellent analytical, accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
