Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work from the comfort and convenience of your own home, utilizing our telehealth platform to engage with clients through virtual sessions. The flexibility of a remote work setting enables you to balance your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. You will primarily operate in a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that some adjustments may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and create individualized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and preferences.

• Provide effective therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, implementing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that promote community engagement and address prevalent mental health topics.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive care and support for each patient.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services during critical situations to support patients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients on their mental health conditions, discussing viable treatment options and community resources available to them.

• Maintain thorough and confidential patient documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and contribute to team meetings, fostering an atmosphere of continuous improvement and learning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment methodologies.
