Receiving Coordinator

Servermonkey Team Support

To provide support to the ServerMonkey team by receiving, verifying and inventorying IT hardware parts.

Essential Job Duties

Verify quantities and descriptions of material against PO documents
Unbox items to verify materials against PO documentation
Input all information into ERP (NetSuite) and alert supervisor of any discrepancies
Assist with other projects as needed (maintenance projects, moving furniture, etc)

Education

High school diploma

Software Requirements

MS Word and Excel

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 35lbs

Rate: $18-18.50 plus full benefits

Day shift - no weekend work
