Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and administrative functions. This role requires experience with forklift operation, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
Operate a forklift and safely move materials throughout the warehouse.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
Prepare and process outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
Perform computer and data entry tasks related to inventory and warehouse operations.
Maintain accurate records using warehouse systems and spreadsheets.
Support general shop and warehouse operations as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience required (propane forklift experience preferred).
Shipping and receiving experience required.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word knowledge preferred.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Base Pay: $18.00 per HOUR
