Human Capital Analyst III

Position title: Human Capital Analyst IIILocation: Arlington, VirginiaClearance required: Public TrustResponsibilities include (but are not limited to):Human Capital Strategic Planning & Analysis: Assist the HCO in developing the ONR Human Capital Strategic Plan. This includes assessing workforce characteristics, evaluating existing practices, identifying organizational best practices (benchmarking), and conducting analysis of current HC policies and procedures to recommend improvements.Workforce Development & Engagement: Assist in the development, refinement, and promotion of workforce development initiatives. This includes supporting a rotational assignment program, training opportunities, mentoring coordination, and up to six (6) diversity events per year to foster a culture of continuous learning.Data Analytics & Reporting: Assist with the design and implementation of processes to collect and analyze HC data. Produce research, reports, and studies to measure intellectual capital and support data-driven decision-making.Administrative & Information Management Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing briefings, tracking issues, and planning meetings. Assist in coordinating and developing content for ONR Human Capital websites (e.g., iConnect) and other multimedia capabilities.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Desired additional qualifications:Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr People, Technology & Processes
