We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support accurate and timely information processing for a Contract position based in Sumner, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who works carefully with numeric and text-based records, maintains strong focus during repetitive tasks, and is comfortable using spreadsheets and computer-based systems. The successful candidate will help keep business information organized, current, and reliable through consistent data handling and quality checks.

Responsibilities:
• Enter numeric and text data into computer systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.
• Review records for completeness and correct formatting before submitting updates.
• Maintain organized digital files and ensure information is easy to retrieve when needed.
• Compare source documents against entered data to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Update spreadsheets and internal tracking logs using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Support routine record maintenance by adding, revising, and verifying information in databases.
• Follow established data handling procedures to protect accuracy and confidentiality.• Prior experience performing high-volume data entry in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong typing skills with consistent accuracy when entering numeric and written information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer-based data entry systems.
• Ability to review details carefully and spot errors, omissions, or duplicate entries.
• Comfortable managing repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
