paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) Aug 15, 2026 JOB DESCRIPTION ONE SENTENCE SUMMARY: Seeking a skilled Midnight Technician to maintain and repair machinery, support emergency response, and ensure smooth production operations during the midnight shift. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on machinery using tools such as lathes, drill presses, metal cutting saws, grinders, and welding equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide repair work. Obtain and maintain a lift truck license. Participate as a member of the plant emergency response team, completing required training including Hazwoper. Follow work orders accurately and use maintenance department computer systems. Work overtime as scheduled, including twelve-hour shifts and weekends. Adhere to physical requirements including lifting, climbing, balancing, and passing safety and physical tests. QUALIFICATIONS MUST HAVE: Journeyman status in maintenance or equivalent experience in machine repair, millwright, or electrical fields. Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to use metalworking tools and demonstrate welding skills. Willingness and ability to complete required training and certifications including Hazwoper and lift truck licensing. BENEFITS: Competitive compensation and benefits. 14 paid holidays.
