This role involves operational oversight, contractor development, and cross‑functional support, requiring strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Management of field personnel and contract partners, to include but not limited to service technicians and independent contractors Support and troubleshooting with field personnel inquiries Continuous education into 12V technology and advancements Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned area Operate a clean, organized and hazard‑free work environment Conduct quality assurance inspections of all facilities, at least once quarterly Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees Ability to think independently and work through service challenges consistently Sells and trains new contractor facilities, maintaining and growing the service network Support of internal departments and personnel, assisting at any opportunity presented Timely submission of required reports and expenses Directs, coordinates and participates in corporate initiatives to improve efficiency Correspondence with management when challenges are presented Maintain the integrity, confidentiality and security of pertinent information and records Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statute Availability to take after‑hours and weekend calls Partner contractor shops to manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient units and materials are available to support scheduled installations and weekly service demand. Conduct routine inventory audits and monitor shipping, receiving, returns, and hub transfers to maintain accurate stock levels, reduce discrepancies, and improve overall inventory control. Any other duty, as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in field operations, service operations, logistics, sales operations, or another operationally focused role preferred. Experience in a customer‑facing, contractor/vendor‑facing, or sales‑oriented role preferred; service technician experience is a plus but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills required, with the ability to build relationships, support field teams, and drive operational follow‑through.
