Innovien has massive enterprise accounts, a Federal division with Secret clearance, and a rapidly growing AI practice. Nashville is one of our fastest-growing offices, and we are adding two Associate Account Managers here to take advantage of the enterprise accounts and pipeline we have already built.

About the Role

THE ROLE Most account managers spend their first three years building a territory from nothing while watching the people who got there first, cash their commission checks. It’s different at Innovien, we are handing you enterprise accounts on day one. Fortune 500 logos, live relationships, and a pipeline we have already built, so your job is not to find the door but to walk through it and grow what is on the other side. This is the seat for someone who wants to sell, not babysit accounts, and the ceiling is whatever you decide it is. The commission is uncapped, and the path to leadership is real. We are opening new markets and divisions this year, and the people who win now are the people who run them next.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise IT accounts
• Build relationships with technology leaders to partner on upcoming initiatives
• Partner with internal delivery teams to support clients across various delivery models including staffing, services, and project delivery
• Drive business development: prospecting, meetings, proposals, close and account growth
• Learn the Innovien playbook: enterprise selling, consultative approach, technical understanding

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in sales, account management, or B2B business development

• Coachable. You will be trained by people who have built $10M-plus books and know what it takes to sell in today’s market

Pay range and compensation package

• Base: Competitive base and a guaranteed draw as you are building your book of business
• Commission: Structured to grow with you as you build your book of business
• Allowances: Monthly phone and car allowance
