An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to work in a supportive and collaborative school environment near Pleasant Prairie, WI! This full-time contract position spans the 2026/2027 school year and provides a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students. The role involves working closely with a caseload of 35-45 students, primarily at the elementary level, with two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) available to support you in delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) in Wisconsin
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, emphasizing elementary needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Supervise and guide two experienced COTAs to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain detailed documentation
• Support students in developing life skills, fine motor coordination, and achieving educational goals
