Summary Mercy Medical Center is hiring a Physician Assistant to support our Population Health Care Transition Program. Responsibilities The Population Health Physician Assistant will assist in the education and care management for high‑risk and high‑need patients as part of Mercy's Care Transition Program and in coordination with Mercy Primary Care Physicians participating in state redesign programs. PA or NP candidates are acceptable. Requirements Must possess a Physician Assistant degree from an accredited school. Two years of experience as a practicing PA preferred. Must possess a State of Maryland PA license in good standing. Certification requirements: CPR. Salary Information USD $52.69 per hour (minimum) – USD $94.84 per hour (maximum). Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid‑portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
