Sr. Global Market Development Manager, Bioprocessing Product Commercialization (REMOTE)

Senior Global Market Development Manager role at Thermo Fisher Scientific leading go-to-market strategy for bioprocessing filtration and separation products. Responsible for translating market insights into positioning, competitive differentiation, and adoption programs across global customer segments. Remote position available in USA or EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead global go-to-market strategy development and execution for assigned product portfolios and new introductions
• Develop deep understanding of product portfolios, market verticals, and competitive dynamics to identify adoption opportunities
• Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into positioning, priority audiences, and actionable marketing strategies
• Partner with Product Management, Application Engineering, and marketing teams on differentiated positioning and adoption barriers
• Collaborate with regional and commercial teams to incorporate market requirements and enable effective execution

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 6 years marketing experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in life sciences/biotech/diagnostics
• Demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical skills deriving insights from market data and campaign metrics
• Strategic thinking with ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
• Excellent project management and leadership in matrixed environments
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and budget management with ROI measurement
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including executive presentations

Compensation: $132,000–$194,100 base
