Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2270 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with any experience within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Vaya Workforce Solutions - University of Wisconsin Health.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: - Teaching hospital experience is required.

Unit Details: - Adult and geriatric general internal medicine patient population. - Care for patients with complex medical diagnoses. - Includes specialty care for infectious disease patients as part of the Special Pathogens program. - Unit is home to all three general medicine teaching services within the academic medical center.

Shift & Scheduling: - Day/Night, 12-hr shifts, 0700-1930, 1900-0730 with every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed.

Floating Requirements: - Float to like units.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
