Role Scope Coordinate tenant improvement construction at the factory: the daily interface between our teams and the general contractor. Track construction against the production ramp: which areas hand over when, and what breaks if they don't. Run the punch and turnover process so operations gets space that actually works. Manage the paperwork spine: RFIs, submittals, and change orders logged, answered, and closed. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly. You've coordinated commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side. You've managed TI work inside an operating facility without stopping production. You keep RFI and submittal logs current enough to run the job from. You walk the site daily and your punch lists close. You escape schedule threats with evidence and options. Bonus: Manufacturing fit-outs. Procore or equivalent. Permitting basics. MEP coordination.
