ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Our Agency is growing, and we are looking for an outstanding candidate, who loves to learn something new every day and build client relationships!

Our agency has been in New Lenox for over 40 years and is very involved in the community and feels educating our clients on the needs of insurance is our responsibility.

As a customer service representative with the Kathy Miller/Roger Kruel State Farm Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer clients' inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Assist clients with payments in person and over the phone
• Educate clients on insurance and their needs for protection
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask as well as taking initiative and understand the meaning of being a team player.
• Previous customer service experience.
• OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
• Illinois Insurance license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
