Responsibilities Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions. Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors. Share product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals using available resources and tools. Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards. Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences. Required skills and qualifications 0–1 year of relevant experience, with a preferred high school diploma or higher education. Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs. Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
