Facility Staffing Situation

Current Staffing Shortage:

• Staffing Crisis: Multiple RNs leaving/unavailable
  • Only 4 remaining full-time ICU nurses
• Minimum staffing: 2 RNs per shift required
• Weekly shifts needed: 28 shifts per week

Unit Details - ICU

Shift Structure:

• Night Shift Only: 19:00 - 07:00 (7PM - 7AM)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (typically 3x12-hour shifts)

• Minimum Unit Staffing: 2 RNs per shift

• Critical care nursing
• Ventilator management
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Advanced interventions
• Patient assessment and monitoring

Required Qualifications & Experience

Certifications:

• RN License required (Active WI or Compact)
• Standard ICU certifications (BLS, ACLS - verify)

Experience:

• ICU nursing experience required (specific years not stated)
• Critical care skills necessary

• Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (Nights only)
