Global company seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics and Dispatch Specialist with a proven track record of optimizing fleet operations, maximizing profitability, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution. Must be adept at strategic load planning, strict compliance monitoring, and real-time transit tracking using advanced Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Come join our growing team!

Responsibilities

• Load & Route Optimization: Expert at building efficient delivery sequences and maximizing cargo layouts to unlock full trailer capacity, significantly reducing empty miles and fuel overhead.
• Driver Coordination & Compliance: Highly skilled in matching active loads with optimal carrier/driver assets while rigorously monitoring driver availability, equipment capacity, and DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Dispatch & Real-Time Tracking: Proficient in updating and managing complex TMS platforms to track high-value shipments live from origin to destination.
• Critical Problem Solving: Serves as the primary point of contact for agile crisis management, resolving unexpected transit delays, mechanical breakdowns, and sudden schedule changes with minimal impact on delivery windows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Exceptional cross-functional communicator, adept at delivering clear, actionable instructions and updates to drivers, fleet managers, dispatchers, internal customer service teams, and end customers.
