About the Role:

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that our high standards of quality care are consistently met. Your expertise and leadership will guide our nursing team to provide compassionate and individualized care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring that all nursing staff are trained, motivated, and equipped to deliver exceptional care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and clinical standards
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address resident needs, improving overall patient satisfaction and outcomes
• Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning, recognizing and rewarding staff achievements and contributions
• Monitor and control nursing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet departmental needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
