Your responsibilities include utilizing our innovative platform alongside your personal network to discover promising healthcare candidates, engaging with potential candidates about MLR opportunities and assessing their interest, coordinating meetings between candidates and recruiters for a more in-depth evaluation, maintaining communication with leads to nurture their interest throughout the hiring process, keeping precise and current records in our applicant tracking system, and generating commissions based on meetings set, interviews held, and successful hires from your introductions.
