Senior Manager, Product Content Marketing

Job Description

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is a leading semiconductor company developing integrated power solutions. The Product Voice role focuses on translating deep technical expertise into audience‑specific messaging and content for global launches.

Responsibilities

Product definition: collaborate with product line managers to define the business opportunity, target applications, audiences, competitive context, and high‑level story for each priority product.

Source content: transform product definitions into technical narratives, application contexts, and proof points that corporate marketing will adapt into messages.

Product content for launches: outline content requirements, messaging, and product story for each priority launch, then hand these to corporate marketing program managers who plan and run the launch program.

Content feedback: analyze performance readouts from marketing channels, return insights to the product side, and refine the story and source content accordingly.

Cross‑functional partnership: serve as the connective role between product lines and corporate marketing teams to plan and deliver content.

What Success Looks Like

Each launch delivers a complete content package built from the defined product narrative and source content. Product line managers engage early for content guidance, and marketing performance data drives continuous improvement of the product story.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with depth in product marketing or content strategy for technical products.
• Experience in semiconductors, electronic components, or an adjacent engineering‑driven industry is highly desirable.
• Track record of building repeatable content frameworks and standards that outlive individual involvement.
• Fluency with performance analytics: interpret data, draw conclusions, and adjust strategy based on evidence.
• Proven ability to collaborate across product, creative, documentation, and digital teams without formal authority.
• Strong technical curiosity, rapid learning, and a commitment to accuracy.

Who You Will Work With

• Product line managers and application engineers on a daily basis.
• Corporate marketing organization, including brand & creative teams, technical content & documentation, digital marketing, and events.

Pay

Target hiring range: $180,000–280,000 annually, based on market location and individual qualifications.
