Senior Technical Product Manager

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• We require at least 5 years of experience in product management, program management, project management, marketing operations, or a similar field.
• We require at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, Adobe Sites, Adobe Workfront (Core, Fusion, and Planning), Dynamic Media, and Azure.
• We require at least 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or in an equivalent product leadership position.
• We require experience with digital asset management platforms and content management systems.
• We require experience in solutions architecture, systems integration, and enterprise platform development.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
• Preferred: a masters degree in a related field.
• Preferred: 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing operations, program management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives.
• Preferred: knowledge of accessibility standards and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Preferred: experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• We conduct user research, usability testing, and platform reviews to identify improvement and innovation opportunities.
• We create and maintain product roadmaps, requirements documentation, and backlog prioritization.
• We lead product development from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
• We collaborate with development, design, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities.
• We track platform performance, assess risks, and implement improvements that strengthen reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• We ensure our platforms meet security, privacy, accessibility, and governance standards.
• We support resource planning, budgeting, and project execution.
• We drive process improvements that boost operational efficiency and platform adoption.
• We deliver results in a dynamic environment with changing business priorities.
