With the web-based platform leveraging artificial intelligence, companies can analyze all their suppliers in terms of payment terms, financials, sustainability, ESG (Economic Social Governance), and seize all the necessary arguments to negotiate more favorable terms. Calculum identifies on average over 10% in working capital benefits and initiatives, positively impacting free cash flow, which in turn can be invested directly in their growth, development, and sustainability programs. You will be in-person at our Downtown Miami office , working side-by-side with our CEO and our Sales and Marketing leads. The Day-to-Day CEO Support: You’ll be the gatekeeper and air traffic controller for our CEO. This means managing a high-stakes calendar, prepping for board meetings, and ensuring his time is spent where it matters most. Sales Operations: You’ll help the Sales team stay sharp—assisting with lead research, prepping pitch decks, and making sure our pipeline stays moving. Marketing Execution: Work with Marketing to coordinate campaigns, manage event logistics, and ensure our brand voice is consistent across all platforms. Office Pulse: Being in-person means you’re the heartbeat of the office. You’ll help keep the Downtown Miami HQ organized, professional, and energized.
