We are a highly collaborative Sales Business Planning and Analytics team that connects the dots between demand, supply, and market dynamics to drive smarter business decisions. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Operations to shape forward-looking strategies and uncover growth opportunities. The Business Planning Analyst plays a key role in managing the 3-9 month Sales Plan and transforming data into actionable insights. In this role, you will provide leadership with a clear view of future performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and help guide strategic decisions. You will work across global teams, turning complex information into clear, impactful recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the 3-9 month BU demand forecast across regions, customers, and segments
• Deliver near-term Sales Plan insights (0-3 months) and track risks, opportunities, and qualification timing impacts
• Partner with Pricing, Demand Planning, and Business Operations to align supply, ASPs, and sales strategies
• Translate market trends, customer behavior, and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Lead quarterly business planning reviews and develop executive-ready presentations

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in planning, forecasting, operations, finance, or sales analytics
• Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot or similar)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large, multinational accounts or global business units
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to executive audiences
• Experience working with evolving datasets and scenario-based planning
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis
