About the Job IMPRIMIS GROUP IS HIRING! INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS COORDINATOR Contract Assignment | $21/Hour Onsite | Fort Worth, TX (DFW Airport Area) Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Potential Overtime Available Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced International Logistics Coordinator for a project-based opportunity supporting high-volume global shipping operations. This position is ideal for someone who understands international transportation, customs documentation, HTS classifications, and the day-to-day coordination required to keep global shipments moving efficiently. This is a fully onsite role supporting international logistics activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinate and monitor international shipments from origin to destination.
- Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Assist with HTS classifications and harmonized tariff processes
- Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or customs issues.
- Maintain shipment records, reporting, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely shipment execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and efficiencies.
- 3+ years of international logistics, import/export, or supply chain experience.
- Experience working with international shipping documentation and customs compliance.
- Knowledge of HTS classifications and global trade processes.
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience within freight forwarding, 3PL, manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments.
- Knowledge of EDI processes
- Experience with logistics software and transportation management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Immediate interview process.
