Provider Relations Specialist II

Serve as liaison between CareOregon and the provider-partner network Focus on establishing and strengthening provider-partner relationships Conduct new provider orientations; train clinic office staff Cultivate relationships with providers to enhance access to quality care Conduct provider site visits to maintain relations and effectiveness Requirements Minimum 4 years' relevant experience relating to physical and/or behavioral health Experience in areas like provider relations, managed care operations, and healthcare functions Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and automobile liability coverage or access to an insured vehicle Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in provider relations and managed care operations, with a strong focus on cultivating partnerships to enhance access to quality healthcare. Proven ability to conduct training and orientations for clinic staff while maintaining effective communication with provider networks.
