Transnetyx Tissue is seeking a full-time Office Operations Specialist to join our team! As our Office Operations Specialist , you’ll play a critical role in supporting customers, coordinating orders, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of meaningful scientific work. What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email Process and schedule customer orders accurately and efficiently Create estimates, invoices, shipping labels, and sales orders Coordinate daily order communication with laboratory staff Package and prepare domestic and international shipments Assist with inventory, purchasing, and receiving deliveries Support office operations, supplies, and facility coordination Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent customer experience What We’re Looking For 2+ years of office, operations, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong organization and multitasking skills Excellent communication and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems NetSuite or accounting software experience is a plus Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Why Join Transnetyx? Hazmat training will be provided as part of order fulfillment responsibilities.
