You'll shape how Lucid embeds within tools our customers already rely on, like our Slack integration, and how our platform opens up through our APIs to power Lucid AI, MCPs, and the broader ecosystem of integrations. You'll be joining a vibrant team of PMs, UX Designers, Engineers, and QA Specialists who care as much about the technical foundation as the experience it enables. If this is you, let's talk!Responsibilities:Drive collaboration across UX, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other Product teamsBecome an expert of and an advocate for our customers, their motivations, goals, and needsDeliver on key business outcomes measured by top level business metricsOwn the roadmap across multiple projects, keeping it anchored to company strategy and communicating priority to relevant stakeholdersOwn product features and/or themes through their creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iterationDrive qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and validate them before developmentEffectively leveraging metrics to understand usage patterns and the effectiveness of features using quantitative analysis to find opportunities for optimizationOther duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience5+ years of software Product Management experienceProven track record of leading cross-team platform initiatives from strategy through executionTrack record of improving core business and product metrics, especially in B2B SaaS environmentsAbility to de-risk: can be creative and come up with ways to validate hypotheses quicklyAbility to talk with anyone from engineers to enterprise sales reps, solution engineers, executive-level customers, security, internal stakeholders, and end users, each in their own languageAbility to understand and discuss technical trade-offsPreferred Qualifications:Strong eye for polish, design, and brand within a productExperience with document-centric solutions within the Software as a Service (SaaS) domainExperience owning product strategy for a platform or API surface, not just a single featureExperience working with SaaS tools administratorsExperience with rapid prototyping and learning techniques, including AB/multivariate testingStrong understanding of digital products and productivity workflowExperience mentoring or influencing other product managersComfortable operating with significant autonomy in ambiguous, cross-functional environments#LI-DA1
