Chargeback & Fraud Operations Leader

Citizens is seeking a seasoned leader to own the end‑to‑end chargeback and recovery function across card products, overseeing fraud and non‑fraud claims. You’ll guide representment, pre‑arbitration strategy, and vendor partnerships to optimize recovery and compliance.
