Comfortable with hands on day to day recurring tasks Plus: Manufacturing industry P2p processing (procure-to-pay) Infor M3 (the ERP they use) Medius( PO/AP processing software they use) International experience The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for managing all invoice and payment activities within the company’s automated and manual Accounts Payable (AP) systems. This role ensures the accurate and efficient flow of invoices through the platforms, oversees exception handling, and supports up-to-date supplier records. The Processor collaborates closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve discrepancies, support payment processing cycles, and maintain compliance with established policies and internal controls. This role also delivers high-quality customer service to both internal and external suppliers, ensuring responsive and professional support across all AP activities. Additionally, this position contributes to the continuous improvement initiatives that enhance AP processes, automation and workflows efficiency. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end invoice processing within the automated and manual Accounts Payable systems, from invoice receipt to final posting, ensuring accurate coding, required approvals, and compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls through strong attention to detail and effective problem solving. Maintain awareness of unusual activity or potential fraud indicators and escalate concerns as needed. Assist internal users in understanding and adhering to Procurement and Accounts Payable workflows by providing professional guidance and troubleshooting on policies, procedures, and internal controls, while delivering high-quality customer service to ensure timely and compliant invoice processing. Reconcile vendor statements, identify discrepancies, research variances, and coordinate resolution with internal departments and suppliers. Respond to supplier inquiries with clear, professional communication and strong customer service to maintain timely, collaborative supplier relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
