Pincho was born in Miami. We are a fast-casual brand, and we are hiring a General Manager to lead one of our restaurants. You will own daily operations, develop a team of up to 30, and deliver strong results on guest experience, people, sales, and profit.

What will you lead:

• Run the restaurant with excellence in hospitality, speed, and accuracy
• Build, coach, and schedule a high-performing team. Hire and onboard with care
• Manage food safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times
• Control costs through smart ordering, inventory, prep, and waste routines
• Protect cash and assets. Follow counting, deposits, and variance processes
• Drive sales through community presence, local store marketing, and digital channels
• Partner with your leaders to deliver training, performance reviews, and recognition
• Keep the restaurant spotless and guest-ready across the front and back of house
• Resolve guest issues quickly and turn them into loyalty moments

What makes you a fit:

• Two to five years leading a fast casual or quick service box with full P&L exposure
• Proven results in staffing to plan, reducing turnover, and building bench strength
• Strong command of scheduling, labor management, and inventory systems
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred
• Calm in the rush, clear communicator, steady coach, and hands-on operator
• Comfortable with technology. POS, inventory tools, and third-party delivery platforms

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary 50,000 to 57,000
• Bonus opportunity up to 39,000 based on results

Schedule
