Analyst, Finance (AR)

Accounts Receivable Analyst Location: Westchester, Los Angeles, CA Pay: $32-$34/hr Duration: 3 Month Contract with Potential Extension Schedule: Hybrid (WFH Fridays) We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a growing finance team. This role will focus on collections, deductions, account reconciliations, and managing a high-volume AR portfolio. Must Have: 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience Strong collections and deductions experience SAP experience REQUIRED Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process Nice to Have: Accounts Payable experience Experience with customer portals Trade spend deductions Food, manufacturing, or CPG industry experience Additional Information: Candidates must complete an Excel assessment as part of the interview process. Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Opportunity to support an upcoming SAP S4 implementation project.
