HR Admin

Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking an HR Admin to join their team. As an HR Admin, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting site-level HR functions. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $19-25/hr

Schedule: M-Th (to start) must be open to Friday eventually

What's the Job?

• Maintaining report

• New Hire paperwork

• Reset passwords

• Timecards and time off forms assistance

• Filing

• Other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
