Job Description

Now Hiring: Production Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Houston, TX 77041

Pay: $16.50/hour

Shift: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities

Load and unload assembly stations for HEV motors and generators.
Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform basic mechanical assembly as needed.
Use hand tools and inspection tools.
Report quality concerns to the appropriate team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience using hand tools and inspection equipment.
Ability to read and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs .
