4Main CV Stepdown

• 24-bed private CV Stepdown and telemetry unit
• Specializes in caring for cardiothoracic/vascular surgical pre-operative and post-operative progressive care patients
• 4Main teammates new to critical care or enrolled in the Critical Care Academy (CCA)
• Also serves as med/surg overflow

Were Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required/expected within 6 months of hire date.
• Cardiac/critical care experience preferred

What Youll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards policies and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice clinical decision making compassion and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

MCNH has over 4500 employees and a medical staff of approximately 700 physicians. As the second largest hospital in Georgia it is licensed for 637 beds including pediatrics medical surgical trauma and cardiac surgery. The Atrium Health Navicent Emergency Department with helipad capability and three urgent care centers treats over 140000 visitors per year. MCNH provides a broad range of community-based outpatient diagnostic primary care wellness and comprehensive rehabilitation services. It is the primary academic hospital for Mercer University School of Medicine providing residency and fellowship programs for over 100 residents and is affiliated with multiple universities as a clinical education site.
