Customer Support Specialist

Russell Tobin's client is hiring a Customer Service Support in Wichita, KS Employment Type: Contract Pay rate: $18-$19/hr Responsibilities: Support order management activities including order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment. Assist in identifying order management process issues and work with internal teams to resolve them. Update internal stakeholders on order status, delays, and related issues. Generate and maintain order-related documentation according to established procedures. Resolve routine administrative and clerical issues related to order processing. Verify customer orders by confirming credit status, contracts, pricing, inventory availability, and transportation alignment. Provide customer-facing representatives with accurate information regarding order status, invoices, and contract balances. Handle moderately complex administrative, technical, and customer support tasks while escalating more complex issues when necessary. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of customer service, order management, administrative support, or related experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow established procedures. Preferred Qualification: Experience supporting order management, customer enabling, supply chain, or logistics operations. Experience working with ERP, CRM, or order management systems. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience handling customer inquiries related to orders, invoices, pricing, or fulfillment.
