Position Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Billing Specialist to manage end-to-end billing processes within the IML division. This role involves entering Shipper BOL data into Truckmate, creating debit/credit reports, and producing, auditing, and troubleshooting customer invoices. Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Pricing, Collections, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance while supporting a dynamic logistics environment. This position offers an onsite work schedule with one remote day per week, providing a balanced and flexible work experience.
Top Requirements:

• Extensive experience utilizing Truckmate and Synergize systems for billing operations
• Strong proficiency in data entry, invoice processing, and troubleshooting billing discrepancies
• Excellent math skills, including calculations involving discounts, interest, percentages, and basic algebra/geometry concepts
