Dishroom & Sanitation Attendant, Dining Services

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dish Room and Sanitation Attendant to join our Dining Services team. This position involves setting up and operating the entire dish room, maintaining and restocking dining equipment and product, and cleaning the floors throughout the food service area. Additional duties include assisting with proper receiving and storage of all food and non-food items and cleaning kitchen equipment such as exhaust hoods and walk-in coolers. Special assignments may include delivery, setup and staffing of catered events and custodial-type work within the dining hall. Must be comfortable using cleaning equipment and following safety protocols. Hours 40 hours per week. Possible overtime May be required to work overtime or weekends with minimal notice. Academic Work Schedule (can change for operational needs) Saturday: 5:00 pm‑1:30 am Sunday: 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm Monday: 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm Tuesday: 2:30 pm‑11:00 pm Wednesday: off Thursday: off Friday: 5:00 pm‑1:30 am
