Business Development Coordinator

About the job Business Development Coordinator Whitestone Associates, Inc., a 100% employee-owned company and leading provider of environmental and geotechnical engineering and consulting services throughout the eastern US, is currently recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator. This is an in-office position and will not include outside sales. Responsibilities: Maintaining and adding clients to the client database; Researching business opportunities and develop market sector leads across multiple industries and geographic regions; Coordinating presentations, client meetings, networking events, and other business development activities, including scheduling, registrations, and event logistics; Developing and creating social media content, marketing materials, and presentations to support business development initiatives; Tracking professional organization memberships, sponsorships, industry events, and related business development activities; Assisting with the management and retention of relationships with existing clients; and Generating and qualifying leads though targeted research. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Previous office or internship experience preferred; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Proficient in Canva and Adobe; Strong organizational, research, and multitasking skills; and Excellent oral and written communication skills.
