Quality Inspector

Adecco Staffing is working with a well‑established aerospace manufacturing company in Lebanon, NH to bring on Roller Inspection Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift. This temp‑to‑hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality inspection. Position: Roller Inspection Technician Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay: $23.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience Duties / Responsibilities Set up and operate precision inspection gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OOR Inspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerances Perform visual inspections and complete final packaging per company standards Verify completion of special processing steps such as stability checks, Nital Etch, and Magnaflux Perform in‑process audits throughout roller manufacturing operations Maintain accurate inspection records and follow documentation procedures Assist with training team members as needed Support light machine operator duties when required Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Post‑secondary or trade education preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience using precision measuring tools and gauges preferred Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Commitment to quality and safety standards If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
