Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Frisco, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $22.63/hour if Spanish Bilingual
• Schedule: Must be fully available to work a shift between 8:00am–10:00pm, including at least one weekend day each week. Training schedule: 9:30am–6:00pm CST
• Employment Type: Long-term temporary
• Start Date: September 14th

ROLE IMPACT

The Client Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for customers through phone, email, and chat, delivering timely and accurate assistance with account-related questions. Success in this role comes from providing exceptional service, resolving concerns efficiently, and creating a positive customer experience with every interaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt support for customer questions related to online accounts
• Navigate internal systems to investigate issues and complete account updates or modifications
• Communicate professionally and accurately across all written and verbal interactions
• Deliver customer assistance through email correspondence and inbound phone support

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer contact center environment
• Excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer interactions simultaneously
• Willingness to commit to a long-term assignment
• Experience using live chat and digital messaging platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, or comparable systems
• Experience supporting event ticketing software or e-commerce environments
• Knowledge of remote customer service tools and virtual support processes
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and time-management skills
