Bilingual Legal Receptionist
We are looking for a professional Bilingual Receptionist that is eager to work in a corporate environment! You will be working for our North Dallas client! This is a temporary-to-hire role, so there is an opportunity for stability with a great company!
Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $20-24/hr
Location: Frisco, TX
Responsibilities:
- Greeting people as they come into the office
- Directing calls to the proper department
- Setting up conference rooms for meetings
- Helping to file paperwork correctly
- Scheduling meetings for attorneys
- Assisting with any other clerical duties
Qualifications:
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be organized
- Must have strong written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of how to use a MAC computer
- Must be reliable
